Once again, the 'Godfather of Soul' - James Brown - has found himself in the hands of Law. Brown was recently named 'one of the most influential musicians of the past 50 years' by the Kennedy Center honours.
What did he do?
Soul legend James Brown faces assault charges after allegedly pushing his wife to the floor during an argument. Brown, 70, was charged after his fourth wife Tomi Mae, 33, was taken to hospital with scratches and bruises.

Yep, an Aiken County sheriff spokesman said Mr Brown had been charged with criminal domestic violence. Sentence?
